It was the merchandise guy, I believe he had another job as well or with other band(s). In all likelihood, he was in a different part of the club, and thus not able to escape behind the stage like the band and crew.

What I found strange about Friday night was how everyone in the soccer stadium moved out onto the soccer field when the SHTF. They looked very vulnerable all gathered down there, in the center... like fish in a barrel. If terrorists made it into the stadium, they could have fired on them down from the bleachers and they would have had no escape.
I would have been into the building looking for the various exits... or at least hiding places.
They may have feared a bomb causing the structure to collapse.
