No she won’t....don’t talk stupid. She might at that. Some prosecutors would be chomping at the bit to prosecute her for leaving her gun available so her minor child had access to it.

One report said he went outside and shot at the car as it was driving away, which left bullet holes in the side.
It’s not legal to go after them and shoot as they are running away (at least in most states).
