Surveillance Camera Films Man Stealing San Jose Family's Cat

A San Jose family was able to identify the man who stole their cat from surveillance camera footage, but they need help finding him.
Miroslav Petro & Miriam Petrova were devastated when their 17-year-old cat “Gogo” was stolen from their front yard on Monday.
Thanks to their surveillance camera, the family has footage of a thief capturing the cat. Due to the low quality of the video the owners have a very vague description of the thief.
A police report was filed and the owners are asking the public to help find the cat and thief.

17y/o...poor baby must have been *very* slow ...maybe her eyesight isn’t too good at that advanced age.
Do they have a disgruntled neighbor in which ...perhaps the cat does her business?
