My "Antidepressant"

Thought I'd share my self prescribed "Antidepressant", in these extremely depressing times. This website publishes some amazing, high resolution (Large & Medium Format Film) from years ago, mostly early to mid 20th Century Americana. Thousands of great images here, just click on any "preview" sized image to go to the full sized image. Easy to get lost in the past here.

The world is at war...evil against good.
The best anti-depressant is fresh air, exercise...and faith in God.
Nothing else is going to get you through this depressing period.

I call mine, my place of peace, and I go there by thinking about what it will be like when the King of Kings rules the world with a rod of iron. When kids play in the streets again and their grandparents are watching and yakkin. Nothing like the sound of kids laughing and giggling. I miss it. Of course, we had 7 kids in my family and there were 10 across the street so we were always doin’ something. Someday. Someday soon.
