Depends on the attitude of the judge. He's hauling her into court to answer why she refuses to obey the court order. I doubt he's going to be in a charitable mood.

I guess they could cover her fine with a “bonus.” They could. But I doubt they will.

I do think, though, that the legislature could impeach any judge that brought punishment down on her. The state legislature cannot impeach this judge - he is a federal judge. Only Congress can impeach him.

Just also remember who you’re picking to represent “conservatives”. She’s been married 4 times and had children out of wedlock. Yes, and that all occurred before she gave her life to Christ. Should we hold her past against her when God doesn't?
