The man tumbled out of the stands during the seventh inning of the game as the New York Yankees' Alex Rodriguez was walking to home plate.

RIP.
Ban Upper Decks!
Was he drunk? Was he pushed?
Certainly the high-capacity upper decks are dangerous, and no one needs an assault deck.
they need to install safety netting. if it will save one life.
As with the 9-11 attacks (and even a former employer) you have to worry about the safety of the people down below, not just those falling/jumping from great heights.
I’ve seen upper decks with different pitches. I think Arlington and the old Yankee Stadium were closer to 45 degree inclines. May have even been higher
My middle boys best friend...age 12...was there At this game with his Music row exec daddy who rarely takes off
He caught a home run Yankee ball with his glove....
His first ever big league game
I’m with you RIP
We were at a local school game where one of my boys plays...big stadium...maybe 80 foot....I look over and my 8 year old is holding a big light pole guide wire standing on the top rail on top row
I chewed his butt out good old school in front of gen x and millenials who cowered
I said you fall from there we might as well toss yer mommy over with you cause she’d never be normal again
He got it
I heard this mentioned on the radio when I was half asleep. They said the man had lost his wife at a game?
I usually wouldn't say anything but those sentences are really bad. I guess you can read but you can't write.
I'm really sorry if that hurts your feelings but someone has to tell you that you're embarrassing yourself with that.
Let me guess.....you carve the turkey.
“...the old Yankee Stadium [was] closer to 45 degree[s]...”
I’ve been in the upper seats at the old Yankee Stadium many times and you are right, it was always scary, even just sitting in your seat.
And I could never imagine how the vendors managed walking up and down those steps all the time.
You always had the feeling, one false move and I’m going flying!
If you sit in your seat and watch the game there’s no problem.
‘If you sit in your seat and watch the game theres no problem.’
It could have been as benign as nature calling.
Well, at least you’ve got a real boy there, not some creepy metrosexual kid.
install seat belt. and wear helmets /s
Forgive me, but I had to LOL at your story. My Son-in-law would have done and said the exact same thing to his 9-year old.
Very True!
