P.S. squirrels are a PITA to skin, tough to cook tender, and there’s not much meat on ‘em. Bunnies are better!
PETA members who are offended by the slaughter of a squirrel, and who enjoy eating steak, and I’m sure there are many, should visit a slaughterhouse where beef is produced.
It’s an ingredient in Brunswick Stew, isn’t it? I thought there was a part of it that had to be removed before cooking but maybe that was skunk. Only the Brits could be upset that a poor widdle dead squirrel was consumed by a person.
