Whatever happened to all those Waco bikers? You know, the 177 people arrested at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas after a motorcycle rally on May 17 ended with nine people shot dead?
Immediately following the shooting, I wrote about just how badly Waco authorities screwed up the arrests. Rather than trifle with technicalities like the rules for bail under the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Justice of the Peace Pete Peterson set bail at a staggering $1 million for each of the arrestees in order to send a message. Then I described how prosecuting nearly 200 bikers was crushing the criminal justice system in McLennan County and costing taxpayers a fortune.
Why did the story fade from public attention? Whats come out since the story broke?
As it turns out, its no accident that you havent heard more about the Waco biker debacle.
First, lets look at two developments that seem like they would be informative, but actually arent.

I have very PRECISELY not claimed that they were part of a criminal gang.
You have from day one characterized, if not more directly accused all who were arrested were indeed part of criminal biker "gang". You have done so over and over, yet here you attempt to limit it, as if you've still done no one wrong.
------------------------------
Really! Why do you excerpt my post and twist my words.
Here is my post:
No squirming. Not all the bikers there were arrested. I believe it was like around 60 or more that were NOT arrested. I have very PRECISELY not claimed that they were part of a criminal gang.
Well my FRiend, you or your cohorts should know considering FR confidential personal info on biker gang detractors, such as me, AMDG&BVMH and TexasGator seems to be available to biker gang sympathizer Freepers.
Noted your continued refusal to address the questions posed to you numerous times. That’s understandable considering any answer will undermine the biker gang support.
I don’t care what trolls think.
I note that in their response to you, they don’t deny it.
“Really! Why do you excerpt my post and twist my words.”

“one” of them finally did deny. I think they are the same person.
Sounds like it.
I don't have to twist anything in order to make the case against you which I have, while you try to squirm out from underneath it.
And you should damn well know it, too. You're the one doing the squirming.
But here again you come out with the playing dumb act, trying to excuse yourself for accusing all who were arrested as belonging to criminal biker "gang".
I notice you skip over that part, while reaching towards and focusing only upon some 60 individuals you've here of late taken to mentioning, who were allegedly present, but for whatever reasons (including arriving so late the party was already over, I take it) were not arrested.
With you, if it's not one way to misrepresent things (and thus tell lies) you squirm around to doing some other way, like you're doing right about now.
Truth is not in you.
So what now?
Yet another form needless reminder that Bandidos MC has long been in LE crosshairs? While you continue to studiously ignore all the rest who have not, but were in fact still arrested, charged with "conspiracy" by the police, and characterized by yourself as if there was no difference whatsoever between the worst of the worst of the Bandidos, and any and all the rest who were arrested under those John Doe warrants.
How many times do we have to go over this, before you finally get it?
I don't think so.
The posting patterns and wording indicate different people, even though some of the crap-tastic elastic accusation elements have degree of overlap.
The arrested include some who arrived after the violence stopped, and I think include some who never arrived, but were found "on their way" to Twin Peaks.
The criteria for arrest includes being a member of Bandidos, Cossacks, or a club that is cast as "support" for Bandidos or Cossacks, for example, Scimitars and Distorted Motorcycle Club. The only people not arrested were those who could not be even tenuously attached to Bandidos or Cossacks.
That had come to mind as part of the "whatever reasons", although I didn't get around to saying it out loud.
I thank you for stating that clearly.
And so now what appears but that Princess the gator may have some inside LE info, and had something along those lines from day one?
Tenuous connection equates to "member of a criminal biker gang" in the minds of Waco PD, and the Princess.
Maybe it's [cough-cough] just a coincidence.
“But shoot first and ask questions later is government out of control”
When the bikers shoot first, what does that have to do with the government?
“Most that Ive read about had normal jobs and considered this a club.”
If they were members of an “outlaw” club, then they’re lying. You don’t get membership in one of those clubs without committing felonies to prove yourself.
I’ll just leave these links here..

The "Cossack, Bandido, or associate" point was pretty well and easily known by anybody, early on.
“BS, Ive lived on this earth for nearly half a century and have never had a problem with bikers having a shootout endangering me.”
God help you that you are never in that situation, but just because you haven’t experienced it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. What kind of logic is that?
If I'm standing behind someone and shooting over their shoulder by definition I am further away. How does standing further away from a target get closer to it?
As for the AP review of the Twin Peaks video, they have nothing to gain and a lot to lose by misrepresenting what it shows. Likewise the district attorney's office would face serious sanctions for misrepresenting the evidence in court...ymmv.
I agree about ballistics being the determining factor but no one should expect the autopsies to contain them. My guess is the ballistics reports wont become available until after the Waco shooting grand jury is seated sometime in October.
I’m wondering why the “cops shot em all” crowd never mentions the stabbings.
If the cops “ambushed” the “poor innocent bikers” and started shooting them all, did the bikers then just decide to start stabbing each other in the middle of a gunfight?
Or did the police bring assorted knives to stab the bikers with themselves? Seems like a gaping hole in their conspiracy theories.
