Apple reports flaw in the iphone. Shoving it in to environments it is not intended to be in causes it to stop functioning.

For any Apple Mac user who has purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, if you accidentally put your stylus in upside down, you can permanently damage your stylus and your phone. . . Samsung says don't do that, RTFM and You're using it wrong, if that happens. LOL! PING! Ping for ThunderSleeps, Shadow Ace, and Dayglored for your lists. . .

Sound like this could have used some fool proofing.

Have had a Note 3 for about 3 years and it is fabulous.
It’s not possible to insert the stylus upside down in this model.

Inserting things incorrectly is apparently a critical problem to Apple users.
Perhaps that is why Tim Cook is CEO.

What idiot didn’t make the back end too big to fit into the slot should be fired.

Who would put the stylus in backwards. You would think feeling the pointy end on your finger would be a clue not to this.

The evening advertising thread. Just curious, seriously, are you an apple social media employee?
Some apple I like, and some I don’t. But these propaganda threads are getting so tiresome. Apple isn’t universally good, and Samsung isn’t universally bad.

Just bought a Note 4 at Costco for $99, and it included accessories. Love it.

Oooops.....design flaw. Every mechanical designer knows you have to ‘keyway’ things or users will ALWAYS put things together backwards

Bigger flaws are non-replaceable battery and no micro-sd storage card slot. if I wanted an iPhone I would buy one. Sticking to my Note 4.

Samsung said users should follow the instruction manual. What a novel idea. I have no sympathy for idiots.
