How many do you have?
Seconded.
Connecticut once went on a rampage and eradicated most of their native rattle snakes.
The mice, upon whom Lyme tick nymphs spend a critical phase of their life, flourished, in the absence of their primary predators, the Rattlers.
Lyme is everywhere, now.
Brilliant plan, that was.
What could have been endemic is now pandemic.
Yay.
Spawns of Satan, too.

“Denning up” will. It help, since snakes are cold blooded and don’t generate any body beat with which to keep each other warm.
Since Sunday, Zachary and his husband Kolby Latranyi have back to a section of River Road near Danville, desperately looking for their beloved pet Leyla.

I was “LOL”ing somebody else’s comment. db
o_O
I doubt it would survive the Conowingo Dam....
holy crap. Where do you keep that many? Do you have a small farm?
Ah...my error.
All apologies.
Not at all.
People who feel and act according to their feelings, versus thinking and common sense...THEY vote democrat.
Besides, see my post #67
Yes. Think of it.
A passel of mice in the hands of two faggots who no longer have a snake to feed them to.
Whatever do you suppose those fruitcakes will do with them?
Better to find their end in the belly of a boa, sez I.
In some regions Boa constrictor numbers have been severely hit by predation from humans
So, why wait until winter? All we have to do is let some humans loose in the same river.
Problem solved.
No. Just snake tags.
LOL
You don’t run them in herds on pasture or anything.
They all have seperate enclosures spread out around the house.
It’s a big old farm house.
Burglars would stroke out when they found themselves running a gauntlet of hungry boas.
:)
Good find.
Weird plot twist.
OMG.
WHY did I click that?
I should know better by now!
That’s what I thought, too but go to post #51 and Salamander, who appears to know what he’s talking about, sets the record straight regarding tropical snakes and ‘denning up’.
