“This is a defining moment for the Roman Church.”
Only if he were in Rome. This might be a defining moment for his pastor, perhaps even his bishop, but certainly not for the Church.
Do we even know if he regularly attends Mass?

Seems the Pope would have an opinion on this. He does on most everything else.

Will Anthony Kennedy be given the keys to the city in Savannah, Key West, San Francisco, Fire Island or Rehoboth Beach?

I think the church defined itself the day Obama took the stage at Notre Dame.

Do you actually believe he “cares”?
Judges, Politicians, Government workers, etc., all have NO fear of repercussions due to their actions.
It is OUR fault that we have come to this juncture.

What ever happened to the old bell, book and candle ritual of excommunication? If the Pope weren’t so busy worshipping at the altar of global warming, he should be excommunicating these who sold out sacramental marriage.

Of course not. His denomination approves of his actions. Otherwise he would be called to account. All I hear are crickets.

Actually, he sodomized nothing....he doesn't, or shouldn't vote on his personal view of any subject....he is to only vote on the constitutional rights of people and he did. I disagree with him on this vote, but nevertheless, it is his obligation to vote on his view of the constitution rather than his view on the subject.
I have also heard that through his connections to a homosexual professor at his university, he may have had some homosexual leanings.
