I don’t want her to have an abortion, but I don’t think there is a need to spread it all over social media either. She should have quietly had the baby and put it up for adoption. That would have been the right thing to do.

Totally agree. She definitely did not need to announce it to the World especially now because she hasn’t been in the limelight since DWTS so I think she could have gotten away with having the baby and putting it up for adoption OR having the baby keeping it and then one day when a reporter sees her, she could say yeah I had it awhile ago and go on her merry way but no she just had to get the attention. It doesn’t change my life much at all, but it does make it harder to stick up for the Palins which I have had to do for 6 years.

Perhaps you are overly concerned with appearances. In no way does Bristol Palin's public persona impact my political, cultural, or religious beliefs.

Things shouldn't be that shaky for any FReeper so that he/she is this concerned about appearances of a public or private personage, any more than a fallen TV personality affects the beliefs of leftists.
