Well, we'll see. I highly doubt she'll be criminally charged with anything. We don't have the machinations in place. We don't have any Apartheid-style racial classification boards to render legally-binding judgments on people's racial identities.
It is a criminal offense to lie on a Federal application. I don't know about being on an Ombudsman's police council at the local level, but I imagine that lying on that is also frowned on.

Not according to the latest archeological/DNA studies, we all didn’t.
I had a DNA survey accomplished and had no African or Asian genes whatsoever. My research and DNA studies agree with my ancestry. All someone has to do is get a lock of her hair for a DNA comparison to see how lily white she really is.
