Well, we'll see. I highly doubt she'll be criminally charged with anything. We don't have the machinations in place. We don't have any Apartheid-style racial classification boards to render legally-binding judgments on people's racial identities.

It is a criminal offense to lie on a Federal application. I don't know about being on an Ombudsman's police council at the local level, but I imagine that lying on that is also frowned on.
