Josh Duggar confessed to his father Jim Bob Duggar on THREE separate occasions to multiple acts of sexual molestation against his sisters and a family friend, according to a new police report obtained exclusively by In Touch magazine.
The document also makes clear that Josh was 15 years old when he molested his 5-year-old sister and committed at least SEVEN acts of sexual molestation.

Well, he WAS on one of the most highly rated reality shows on TV, and he managed to turn that into an Executive Director position at the Family Research Council (how anyone thought he was qualified for that position, I haven’t a clue).
Oh yes. In this whole situation, the person who needs to be charged with a crime is the “police lady” who released a redacted version of a police report. What other brilliant ideas do you have?
Actually, in this particular case, Jimbob out clevered himself.
IF the case had been prosecuted within the statute of limitations all files would have been sealed. However he waited until *after* the limitations had expired to go file a police report. And then only after the cops got a tip from someone about the incident. Since it never went to trial, it was never fully adjudicated and thus never sealed by a court.
Cop didn’t have any legal reason to deny the FOIA when it came in.

The police interviewed the Duggars in Dec 2006 within months of them moving from a 3 bedroom/2bath house into that huge steel reinforced compoun...err home where all the kids finally had their own beds and use of the bathrooms was no longer tightly scheduled.
Amazingly, all the molestation stopped in seemed to have stopped 2003 just in time for the 3 year statute of limitations to kick in. One of the girls had concealed a letter asking for help in a letter that was hidden in a book that the Duggars loaned out in 2002.
The police just dropped the case since all the girls clammed up now that they all had their own beds and a door with a lock to keep the big bad Josh out.
Wardaddy has been perfectly clear on the fact that Josh Duggar is a pervert. Like he said, check his posting history.
I would think that NOT spreading their identities across the blogosphere and using them as distractions for real news would be showing sympathy.
