Bill O'Reilly Forced To Deny Accusations He Physically Assaulted His Ex-Wife Prior To 2010 Split By Dragging Her 'Down A Staircase By The Neck'

By DAVID MCCORMACK 18 May 2015 Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly is alleged to have physically assaulted his ex-wife by dragging her down a staircase by the neck, according to evidence heard during a bitter court battle over custody of their two children. A hard fought three-year custody dispute between O'Reilly and ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy finally ended last month when a Nassau County Supreme Court justice granted custody of the couple's two kids to their mother. During the closed hearing a court-appointed forensic examiner testified that daughter Madeline, who is now 16, claimed she had witnessed her father dragging her mother down a staircase by her neck, reports Gawker.

I am also a Tea Party member and look for honest and conservative candidates. Texas is a great place to do this thank goodness!

Although we may still have our disagreements on media outlets, we have both shown each other a great deal of respect, a trait that lying liberals simply don't have. Although conceived (when life begins) here in Texas, I was born elsewhere but got here as soon as I could. The Conservatism, the widespread Christianity, the weather, the food, the C&W music and Right to Work laws make Texas a cut above the rest. Also influencing my decision to move here is the no-nonsense application of the death penalty (see my tagline).

And to top it off, the next president will absolutely be a Texan! Like the old Braniff commercials used to say, BELIEVE IT!

2) on the wrong side of a desperate, vicious woman

"Vicious" is the perfect adjective for the look on the face of a person who is about to throw you down the stairs.

And, what you have been told about a woman by such a person is VERY likely to be completely untrue...no matter how "swell" of a fellow he is. Just please consider that.

"As is lil' Sean Hannity who slandered Free Republic... "

I don't watch Fox anymore at all, nor any of the network news programs/channels. Hannity's useless. I don't know how he and Ted Baxter have kept their shows for so long. They must have a sugar daddy somewhere.

They've tilting leftward for some time, but the last straw for me came a few years back when Greg Gutfeld on The Five came to the defense of godless atheism. His leadoff remark was "You can be a perfectly wonderful person and be an atheist." Sure, Greg, like Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Kim Jong Il, Pol Pot and on and on.

And with queer cultist Greta given a key slot on Fox, enough is enough.

I seem to recall Gov. Palin lovingly recalling how one of her very best friends in the world is of a “queer cult”—and Shep Bret certainly aren’t from the Northeast.

I believe that Governor Sarah Palin was being kind to Greta in attempt to perform a sincere Christian witness, leading her to the Light and away from the queer (as in bizarre) Christ-denying cult of L. Ron Hubbard, better known as "LRH" to his faithful flock.

O’Reilly is not my favorite person but they had shared custody for three years... I'm a woman and it sounds like she's not liking the lifestyle now married to a police officer and wants more $$$. I had read she cheated on him before getting divorced and marrying the same guy, but NY doesn't care if you cheat in custody matters. His kids have been pictured with him all over the Internet, the oldest who is said to have said he dragged her mother down the stairs still spends plenty of time with him and the court hasn't stopped it. Would you spend time with the guy that abused your mother when you don't have to? (And you don't have to at 16 in NY). I've
seen this scenario (mother convinces kid to say something because she “can't support herself” and the kid does it to “help” her mother) play out to many times. It also says their custody agreement has a confidentiality clause so who is telling this story?

Shep [and] Bret certainly aren’t from the Northeast.

I'll give you Shep Smith since he's from Mississippi but he's not a true Southerner. As a prancing, mascara-wearing fairy, he's far more at home in the liberal northeast.

As for Bret Baier, what part of his hometown (Rumson, New Jersey) is not in the northeast? That aside, he's one of the few on that channel that I find worth watching. For the most part, he's a good reporter. In particular, his coverage of the Pentagon on 9/11 was superb.

I am in total agreement with your post!!

Thanks so much FRiend! I see a Cruz Presidency as inevitable barring the hussien regime imposing martial law to cancel the 2016 elections. Otherwise, Ted Cruz will deal a roundhouse blow to the RINOs in the primaries and will utterly demolish Hitlery in the general.

That's why I'm looking ahead to who best can fill out his term in the Senate. I tend to favor Louie Gohmert but can be persuaded that Ted Poe might be the man. Any other good Conservative contenders?

You’re really out there re: Palin and Greta and Palin’s friend.

And Bret grew up in Georgia.

O’Really has always struck me as an arrogant, elitist blowhard. He was a prep school boy so he comes by the arrogance naturally. Maybe his ex didn’t hold him in the awe that he imagines is his due. Schadenfreude is what he gets from me.

Credit where credit is due: BOR has regularly been good on all matters related to inner city blacks and their dysfunctional culture, including, most importantly, broken families devoid of any traditional family values. In my opinion, this is one of the most important issues facing us as a country, as it is a paradigm of the Democrat-fostered victimization culture. Having the most-watched cable guy say this week after week is very helpful for the country.

Forced to deny ...

So, let’s say I’m an unscrupulous politician (and a disciple of Saul Alinsky).

I might, for example, accuse my opponent of having inappropriate relations with swine.

It’s not because I think he’s actually abusing the livestock ...

It’s just that I want to hear him deny it.

I want ‘the people’ to hear him deny it.

I want ‘the people’ to think of inappropriate relations with livestock, when they think of my opponent. I want ‘he people’ to be thinking of THAT, instead of actual issues. I want to destroy my opponent.

If I were an unscrupulous politician and a disciple of Saul Alinsky.

Accusations of ‘domestic violence’ can serve the same purpose and are more believable.
