You might want to hold onto your money until you read some reviews. I am reading internet scuttlebutt that the new Mad Max movie is a feminist movie disguised as an action flick. Information is still sketchy as the movie has not yet been released. One DUmmie saw a full screening and posted how delighted he/she was that the movie was feminist as well as blamed men and the 1% for the collapse of society. (I won't post the link but you can find it easily enough. It is a newer post.)
I read elsewhere that the director or producer (can't recall which) declared himself a proud feminist. He brought in the author of the Vagina Monologues as an advisor on the film. Seriously, you cannot make this stuff up. Or at least I can't.

Why do we permit liberals to ruin our culture?
I think Steven Crowder noticed the same.
I saw charlize theron, i read the premise of the storyline, and decided that is exactly what this is. Will not be seeing it.
It is a crappy storyline and thin. Will probably really have to rely on camera and action stuff to make up for a weak plot.
It’s a parable on the Obama Administration. Nominal lead does nothing, while African-American woman drives the action.
Yeah. 'Cause the old Mad max movies were so strong on plot.
Radio ads were singing the movie’s praises. That raised a bunch of red flags for me.
They were also not blatant libtard feminist plots.
Any of them had a better plot than this movie.
PS. “Men” (with good moral character) and the so-called “1 percent” built up society. The opposite is what’s tearing it down.
Funny how that libtard hates men yet if it weren’t for a man that douche bag wouldn’t exist
I don’t. Star Trek Into Darkness, was, I knew, going to be left wing propaganda.
I watched about 20 minutes on Netflix and was right.
Scotty complaining about the enterprise becoming a warship. Kahn was now a good guy. Some more liberal nonsense about the commander wanting to start a war.
blahblahlbah.
I don’t spend more than 15 bucks a year in the movies.
the fault in our stars was very good. That’s all I saw last year, I think.
Don'tcha remember when post-apocalyptic fiction was simply something that followed nuclear destruction?
Never planned to watch that filth. The 1% will not be responsible for the fall of society. It’ll be the .01%.
Because Hollywood can’t come up with original ideas, they attempt to remake the greats ... and screw them up every time. No way this remake even comes close to the original (and it was bad at it’s best), no way.
Can’t anybody just watch a frigging movie without dissecting it for political “messages”? This always makes me think of snobs looking at a “painting” of a bunch of paint blobs and discussing the “meaning”.
All movies depend on the script. I suppose today's politicized campuses produce politicized script writers.
It was better in the past when writers addressed universal human conditions. They were probably schooled in the classics, which are far less prevalent today.
The first one was great, second also, but then it sort of went dry ... this new one is just a feminist screed.
Glad you informed me. Now I won’t pay to see it.
