Haha I think you’re completely right.

The two I am most interested in, may not run.

Then again, they may, and this race could be about to take off, big time.

He’ll mouth one set of beliefs one day, and do a complete flip the next.

One notable example was when he bravely kicked Gadaffi off his land several years ago when Americans raised hell about it. What was ignored is the fact that Trump rented the land to Gaddafi in the first place.

The man is a charlatan.

“I seem to remember a lot of people were involved with that.”

How many candidates or people who suggested they might become candidates dared to touch it?

One of Trump’s more leftist positions was stated upthread.

Supports universal healthcare.

When teasing about a previous presidential run, said Republicans were crazy and we needed a change.

Said in one of his books that he supported a woman’s “right to choose” but then flipped when he decided to pretend he was Tea Party and he should cozy up to the evangelicals.

The majority of his political donations go to Democrats.

If you want more, there’s google.

I didn't know that. What a charade.

But, the folks eat it up, so...

Look who you had running at the time. An entirely liberal field of candidates each playing a role to Get Mitt to the throne.

The GOP edict was that it was off limits and they complied and enforced the ban trashing anyone daring speak the words.

Trump, in a fit of self promoting glory, rose up, deligitimized the issue further with his theatrics, wasting years of work by serious people and crawled back to silence when the preplanned fake BC was issued.

If Sarah doesn’t declare within a month, will you still hold out?

All that’s missing is a pinhead and a bearded lady.

Well Hillary is a candidate and Huma is someones beard (hillary or Weinerboy I’m not exactly sure) and any number of GOP could fill the pinhead role. 99% of them in fact.

If Trump wanted to do something constructive and not just more showboating, he’d run for mayor of NYC against DeBlasio.

I do not believe Sarah will declare she’s a candidate within one month.

She is very busy planning a wedding right now. I think that has her plate plenty full.

If she doesn’t announce in two ponths, I’ll begin to have questions. However I will not completely give up until she says she’s not going to run, or maybe September at the latest. :D

Remember however, she didn’t say she wasn’t running last time until early NOVEMBER if I recall. Though that was pretty late.

I very much doubt she will string people along this time, but we’re still very early in this process, at this point.

If she ran it would be as a VP to Cruz. She isn’t going to undermine him.

We don’t need Trump and I don’t think many people are going to get excited about him. Why should they? It’s not like we have a dearth of potential candidates this time around.

Cruz is serious, so is Walker, and I am even thinking some nice thoughts about Carly Fiorina these days because she his handling the press like a professional and obviously learned from the problems she had the first time up to bat.

Forget Trump, and while you’re at it, forget (as much as I love her) Sarah. Her time to jump in the fray was last election. Her cutsie-cutsie “now you see me, now you don’t. Maybe I will, maybe I won’t” fan-dance pissed off a lot of people, including me. She will never be able to generate that level of interest and excitement again — especially in a field of exciting names.

Okay. Because very recently, you were saying she’d declare within a month.

When November rolls around, I have a feeling you’ll be saying “January.”

The thing is Trump is saying America needs to stop sending away American jobs.

He is completely, 100% right about that.

He is the only guy saying this. ANYWHERE.

Donald Trump is a real, serious candidate.

Or he’s not. In which case I’m not going to bother you all with him in the future.

But while he’s deciding, I’m sort of stoked. Gotta tell you the truth.

I really like what he’s saying.

Well, I took up your offer and googled Trump - Wikipedia.
Since I am a bit tired and the piece was long, I just skimmed it. It was a hit piece. I noticed that David Letterman got his dander up about Trump and was thinking of punishing Trump by not inviting him again to his show. Now, if David Letterman turns up his nose at someone, then that just about seals the deal, since he is entirely perfect, except when he is chasing his female employees. Incidentally, Ronald Reagan was for abortion but changed his mind also.

I don’t believe I said that.

If I did, then I accept your criticism. I think she will NOT announce during the next month, because she is involved in planning the wedding of her daughter.

I think however, once the wedding is complete, all bets are off. Maybe.

Or I’m just hopelessly pining away for her to run, when she has absolutely no intention of running again.

In which case, I will take too long to come to that conclusion, which you are already holding.

And I won’t blame you a bit, when you say you told me so.

But if she runs, she could very well become our next President.

I would very much enjoy them as America’s first family.
