Do replacable batteries last as long per charge? I understand that the iPhone battery is the biggest thing in the unit.

iPhones now have replaceable batteries?

All iPhones from the first iPhone had replaceable batteries. . . just not user exchangeable batteries. It costs under $15 to replace an iPhone battery.
