BS...there were at least 9 cops on the scene within minutes.
He actually jogged to grab it and move it quickly...
His motive is self evident.
He knew he screwed up.
Unless he states in his report that the suspect had his taser or that the taser was found beside the suspect the movement of the taser is meaningless. Since he was no longer in possession of the taser he might have thought the suspect had it. His report is the key, if it says he went back and got the taser that’s the end of any he planted it idea’s.
