Unless he states in his report that the suspect had his taser or that the taser was found beside the suspect the movement of the taser is meaningless. Since he was no longer in possession of the taser he might have thought the suspect had it. His report is the key, if it says he went back and got the taser that’s the end of any he planted it idea’s.
BS...slager KNEW scott didnt have it...that’s why he went back and got it....and yes tampering with a crime scence indicates guilt.
