I think the SC Supreme Court wanted to make sure a black judge was assigned the case. I’m assuming this black judge won’t be like that other black judge who recently gave a black perp PROBATION for committing an armed home invasion robbery and turned around and called the victims of that home invasion RACISTS.
It’s an OBAMANATION we’re living in for the time being.
