Tell me, what is it that Jeb Bush can say with his ad millions that will change anybody's attitude toward him?
He already has universal name recognition, virtually everybody has an opinion about him, most people who might vote for him already know what his positions are.
By late summer, Jeb is pulling 23% without hope of winning this thing.

If we still have a republic and if the people still have a vote, Jeb Bush shouldn’t win the nomination. We will soon find out whether we do or not. If money buys moron’s and illegal’s vote, then we’re in trouble. Jeb is obligated to run, considering he can and is raising millions.
I wouldn’t be surprised that this will be a Billion dollar campaign, especially for Hillary. She certainly has it.
