I was channel surfing in the hotel one night and saw the interview of her on... now that I think of it, it was 20/20. The host was pretty direct and you could tell that she was true a broken human being. Not broken in the crazy murderess sense... broken in the post traumatic stress injury sense.

There are 3 reactions that people have when stressed; fight, flight and (the less often seen) freeze response. This young woman froze when it became apparent that the Italian police were going to pin this on her... the reaction was suspect and most of the "evidence" was created to back her further into a corner.

I don't know if she is guilty or not, really... but seeing that interview... it totally convinced me that she now has deep, deep, character-altering damage coming out of all of this. I don't care if she is really pretty or not, I just can't help but feel empathy for her. I hope she finds a way to pick up the pieces of her shattered life and moves on... and uses the experience she went through and her adult wisdom to judge who she should associate with and trust.

As I said more than once: She made some very bad life choices and participated in self destructive behavior. For some odd reason I don’t take her life choices personally like you seem to.

Hopefully she’s learned something and will clean up her act. You ought to read the Bible. You’d see a lot of examples of broken people living sinful lives. God seems to love such folk.

I dont take her life choices personally. But its clear she acted totally irresponsible over there and it was used by the prosecutor and media to craft made up stories. For example, when in prison, the police lied to her and made her tell them about her sexual history. She was barely in the Italy a few days and she was getting high and dropping her panties. For example, the story of how she banged a stranger she met on a train was all over the papers and did not help her case. All in all, this led to hanging out with sketchy people.

All of that is foolish and bad behavior. But it does not make her a murderer.

UK's Daily Mail had a lot invested in this story. "Foxy Knoxy" and "Sex Game Gone Wrong" sells a lot more newspapers than Rudy Guede does.
