Dozens of angry protesters have descended on the wealthy Dallas neighborhood where racist Oklahoma frat boy Parker Rice lives - hoping to shame his parents for their son's participation in the horrific racist chant that shocked the nation. Rice, a former Sigma Alpha Epsilon brother at University of Oklahoma, and his parents Bob and Jan say they have been forced to flee their $650,000 home in the elite suburb of Preston Hollow - home to the likes of George W. Bush, Mark Cuban and Ross Perot. Neighbors looked on in dismay as about two dozen protesters marched up the street on Wednesday night, shouting, 'racism is taught' and 'Teach your kids another way. No modern-day KKK.' On Tuesday, 19-year-old Rice was first identified by Daily Mail Online as one of the leaders of the racist chant 'there will never be a n***** SAE' that was filmed on a chartered bus full of members of the fraternity. .

Flee my @$$, I'd have the whole family in the front yard each with 12GA loaded and ready.

You don't have to shoot them all, only the first few stupid ones...

I’m pretty much a free speech enthusiast. But that song went beyond the pale. That kid is too stupidly arrogant to escape harsh consequences.

Oh he has a case alright, whether he pursues it is a different story, wait til the dust settles and see what happens. I think he will sue when all is said and done, and the University will pay.

“Hostile learning environment” won’t cut it as long as the “hostility” is created by mere speech. Read Professor Eugene Volokh’s article on this at the Volokh Conspiracy blog (Washington Post). It’s a public university so the First Amendment applies.

I read it and, sure, there's a case to be made. I just don't see his family pursuing this. The kid has apologized profusely. His parents are deeply embarrassed. Their earning potential is being affected as well. If they try to make a case out of this, everyone is going to get dragged through the mud.

I don't see it happening.

What these people need is a *patriotic* organization willing to stand up for their rights. Ah-hem.

Racist Oklahoma frat boy.
A classic case of liberal reeducation failure as Rush stated the kids are young enough to be in the tribes from K1 to high school trained in no bulling diversity and all the other BS training.

I've got three lib sisters and two lib brothers. Only my older brother is conservative. (And he's more libertarian than conservative).

The thing about average Dems is they can't see what's coming. The elite Dems have managed to separate their constituencies into various little groups and pander to all of them. Union members, homosexuals, feminists, blacks, Hispanics, and druggies.

But even with all those groups they still manage to get many Americans who believe the Dem party is on the side of "social justice." Many of these people believe they're helping unfortunate people to a better life. Libs spread the lies about oppressed minorities, oppressed women, millions of homeless, homosexuals who are "discriminated" against, and the old reliable "evil, greedy" Republicans want to starve old people, kill children, and ruin the world. The global warming scam is a big issue for many of these people.

And most of these people believe things just run themselves...like the economy. They believe life has been unfair to them. Big Government needs to step in and help everybody. The richest country in the world with the most opportunities to rise in life, and these people feel life has been unfair to them.

Do you really expect the frat brothers to sue and have to take the stand in a public courtroom to explain why they have the First Amendment right to sing a song about hanging N!663rs from a tree?

Yep I do, and I expect them to call the wacko flacko clown as a character witness as well as the University President so he can explain why He HIRED wacko right after he was forced to read the lyrics of wacko’s songs in to the Official Record. Game Over

If they file, it will never see a courtroom, it will be settled faster than Rosie O’Donnell eats twinkies.

That would be a brilliant legal strategy, except that Wacko Flacko has hired by SAE and not the OU President.

What college will admit him now? What company will hire him when he graduates?

Don't worry about those frat guys, they come from big money. Grandpa, Daddy or Daddy's good buddy will find them job$$$$$$.

But the President gave his blessing to the racist music to be played at the school, he is on the hook.

Please not that the OU President does not concern himself with who plays frat parties.

Now, please explain why and how they frat brothers would walk into a courtroom, in front of a racially mixed jury and explain why they had a Constutional right say that they want to hang other human beings from trees?

Family of racist Oklahoma frat boy flee their home after death threats as protesters rally.

I'm so sick of all these mindless marches and protests. I believe these people are of the spirit of the anti-Christ to come. They bear no truth and their purpose is not justice, but to promote evil in the world.

Christians should want to counter protest these followers of the anti-Christ by shouting and pushing the WORD of G_D back into their faces and soulless minds until they awaken and flee in fear.

Bring it on and REBUKE them. Be dangerous and armed with the WORD and in the Holy Spirit. Shout it from the heavens. Then turn the other cheek to display your disgust for the evil and wickedness they endlessly vomit.

/s Then having performed your Christian duty, you may want to SHOOT THE BASTARDS. /s But DON'T, that is what they would like us to do. G_D will judge and sort things out in his due time.

Finally, there are too many empty chairs preaching behind the pulpits of American churches today. As a result the church is becoming lukewarm. Man up and screw the IRS and the spirits of evil. Teach the true doctrines that America was founded upon and was once blessed. Then pray for forgiveness and again seek HIS blessings. It is not too late.

Mindful that I, as a sinner, have hope that I will NOT see you in hell...

For one, there is no such thing as a “Constitutional Right”, my rights come from GOD and the Constitution protects those rights I inherently have already, Including the Right to speak freely. When you begin to understand where our rights come from, things will start to become clear.

You should read what National Review wrote about their chances of cleaning up on this.

That's what I've always had to say on the subject. A man should be able to speak his mind and offend anyone he wants... and it should be legal and free. However, being legal does not equate to no consequences.

I'm not siding with the protesters, I think they need the fire hose... it gets pretty tiring living in a world where among our continual worries, other people make their own thin skin my problem.
