Does Free Republic have an app?

Checked Google Play for my Samsung S4 to see if FR has an app but don't see it. Please advise when one will be created.

If you just want a shortcut to open and read FR, then just make your own bookmark.

Don’t listen to these guys. There is an app. It’s called Chrome. I am using it right now. You can even post from it.

Don’t really need one.
FR works fine on my mobile.
Settings>advanced>auto fit pages (at least in android 4.0.4)
Of course, personal preference may be different.

Why exactly do you need an app. FR works great on my mobile devices. The website works great on any device.

Can I say I hate it when a website offers a mobile site that makes it difficult (nearly impossible) for me to access the full site on my mobile device.

Please don’t fix it. It aint broken.

I go to google on my iPhone6 and type “free” and it comes up. Is there a faster way to do it?

I agree. FR is not broken. It has the very best user interface of any similar site I’ve seen. And it works just fine on Iphone.

This site is fine on my phone, no app needed.

I’ll tell you who needs an app, National Review Online (maybe they have one, I don’t know).

I can’t read that site on my phone at all, the pages just don’t fit.

No problem like that with FR, read, respond just fine. I never tried posting from my phone but I don’t post all that much.
