Sheen was such a train wreck... don’t hear so much about his antics lately. Perhaps he got clean and sober... I hope so as he was heading for disaster

Sheen today: Charlie Sheen comes out of political closet, says he’s a ‘constitutional Republican’, Star of ‘Two and a Half Men,’ ‘Anger Management’ considering a run for president one day

But even more than that: Mr. Sheen says he would choose his father, actor Martin Sheen, as his vice president, employing the campaign slogan “Sheen and Sheen in ‘16.”

His father as VP and he calls himself a “constitutional Republican”? Somehow I think old Charley is putting us on.

“2.5 men... one of the worst shows ever”

Indeed. I never managed to stomach more than a total of 10 minutes worth during its 12 year run. The real problem, however, is not the show, but the people who watch it and think it’s funny. And the real problem with that is those people are allowed to vote. AND their vote counts the same amount as mine!

It’s really a shame that this was the longest running sitcom, there were so, so, so, so, so, SO many that were SO much better.

Starting with I Love Lucy and the Honeymooners.

Kinda agree...Sheen carried the show. After he left, I watched three episodes and just quit watching it.

The thing is....he was your crazy cousin....doing everything that was insane and getting away with it. My favorite episode was the one where Rose has ‘bumped’ into Charlies new gal, and there’s the dinner where Rose is introduced to Charlie via the girlfriend.

12 seasons?

I could never stand to watch 5 minutes of it.

I have always wondered how Two and a Half Men lasted so long while other shows I tried to follow got canned quickly.

I was a broadcast show and those are the ones struggling.

I saw a few minutes of the new show and I think he is still a wreck who can no longer act. I think he was a very good comedic actor before the drugs ruined him.

Never watched it once. Don’t think I’ve missed anything.

That is a shame. There are so really good shows on right now. Chicago PD is excellent. Empire is amazing. The Middle is wholesome. Blue Bloods is outstanding. You really are missing out on some great programming. Maybe you should think about getting hooked back up.

Still pissed that they cancelled Friends with Better Lives....I loved that show! And NBC cancelled Guys with Kids....great show. Networks are not much for wholesome shows today.....Although ABC does a pretty good job with The Middle, The Goldbergs, Blackish, Last Man Standing.....the new Fresh off the Boat is wholesome but I hate it....dumbest show in history.....these folks move to Orlando from Washington DC and act like they just arrived from Korea.....a very dumb premise.....if they literally just came from Korea to Orlando then MAYBE it would be funnier.

We hadn’t watched it after Sheen left, but watched it last night anticipating he would be back. Couldn’t believe how poorly written and raunchy the show had become. Left disappointed.

Winning!!!!!!!!!

The show pretty much ended with a bang - a piano dropped on the figure approaching the front door, who from the back looks surprisingly similar to Charlie Harper, just as he was ringing the doorbell, then Chuck Lorre rolls up, and says, “Winning!”

Whereupon a piano falls on him too.

The only sitcom I’ve ever watched and enjoyed on a fairly regular basis was ‘Third Rock From the Sun’.
