All claims by the sycophant press to the contrary notwithstanding, Barack is barely the smartest guy in the room when he’s taking a leak.

Barackobamaforpresident.com isn’t his website and never was.

It is and was barackobama.co or the pretentious obamaforamerica.com

Coming up with better/easier to remember names isn’t the point. This is a name that many would easily go to seeking info on Bush without bothering to find the official campaign name. And, of course, it will come up quickly in a google search.

Typically, a candidate would buy up every conceivable domain name before announcing s/he is in the race, rather than let something like this happen. This is a terrible oversight on Bush’s part.

I can attest to that!

It is very lonely and often frustrating.

Of course I am usually in a room full of children under 10 so.....

“It appears that they refuse to sell it in order to “raise awareness” of pervert issues.”

Clearly, “an act of love.”

It’s possible to sue and get the domain name, even if the gays got it first.

If they followed proper channels in legally securing the domain name, they should be allowed to keep it.

“If they followed proper channels in legally securing the domain name, they should be allowed to keep it.”

I agree. It was a free market transaction. No different than if I walk on a car lot, point to a vehicle, and the salesman tells me I can’t have it because it is already sold.

Even if Jeb is running for President, I wouldn’t expect him to have considered buying up domain names. However I would expect one or more of his close political advisors to have done the research and made the buys months ago, before Jeb began playing the PR game. Jeb chooses his advisors and this incident suggests he doesn’t have a tech and social media savvy advisor on board which is troubling for someone aspiring to lead this nation in the 21st century. Since Jeb seems to have decided to walk from the older white base he will need to attract large numbers of young tech savvy Obama voters, or minorities, to win.

I recall Romney’s team was also clueless about technology and its application to winning elections. Obama had an extremely sophisticated database system for identifying voters and directing his ground operation. Supposedly Romney was building something similar but on election day the Romney system failed to deliver the information the ground team was expecting.

The Democrats will have the support of Google, Yahoo, Facebook and other internet and social media companies. If Jeb can’t figure out how to beat them at their game, he won’t have a shot at attracting the progressive young voters he seems to covet.

I’m guessing they are both. Let them keep it, and stuff it. Nobody but jeb and the GOPe cares.

They’ve done practically nothing with the web site so far. Just for the fun of it I’d make look as if Jeb was super conservative on the page so liberals would be fooled into making someone else their designated loser.

The Left is going to try to make people think Jeb really is conservative.
