A University of South Florida professor has declared that the practice of using imaging technology to show a fetus in a mothers womb is rape.
The professor, Diane Price Herndl, made the proclamation at a pro-abortion rally event on Saturday in Tampa, Campus Reform reports.
Herndl, the chairwoman of the womens and gender studies department at USF, was the headline speaker at the event, which was called Roe on the Rocks: Celebrate Choices.
We require in various states to do trans-vaginal ultrasounds before abortion, which by every state law, the involuntary introduction of an object into a womans vagina is rape, so in certain states we are requiring physicians to rape their patients, Herndl told the assembled dozens who turned up for the event.

Using taxpayer dollars to pay “womens studies professors” is also a form of “rape”.
Shut-off all federal money going to USF and can the “professor.”
The American left taking us back to the stone age. No wonder they like Muzzies.
It’s not “involuntary”. It’s a medical procedure that accompanies the one they’re choosing.
Agreed - No ultrasound is required at any time.
I wonder if the person who counted a plural number of "dozens" is as qualified in arithmetic as this skank "professor" is qualified in whatever it is she's claiming to be qualified in.
I suspect the correct number of "dozens" was actually 1. Approximately. Rounding up.
I tried to watch the video but I couldn't take more than 30 seconds. (Rounding up.)
“Pro choice” suggests a decision of 2 or more options. when the “choice” in question is invariably for abortion how can they be “pro choice”?

If any technician is introducing a foreign object into her vagina to conduct an ultrasound, then he must have trained at the Matchbook College of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Baitcasting.
Ultrasounds are usually administered using a lubricated scanner that never enters the woman's body at all, but is pressed against her belly and slowly moved across it until the technician observes the image. It is a non-invasive procedure.
Once again, hyperbole gets the better of fact as an extremist tries to make an emotional point that has no basis in reality.
Don’t confuse the issue with *facts*.
The real thing demonstrated by this woman is that we are living in a mentally sick society. This kind of thing is not simply a difference of opinion between logical thinking people. She and those who agree with her statement are *sick* puppies.
Not involuntary at all. Also, I have witnessed four ultrasounds. The last was over 12 years ago, but nothing was inserted into my wife’s vagina (at that particular time ;)) to accomplish it. Is it possible that this Women’s Studies professor is a nitwit that gets by on a nice paycheck because her field of study is a made up, Marxist, imaginary, fraud?
Anything that affirms the humanity of life in the womb, refuting the lie that it’s a blob of cells, must be demonized. The illusion of sex without consequences, the gratification and worship of self, the separation of human life from divine origin, and the removal of accountability for one’s actions are all liberal tenets that must be upheld at all costs.
if ultrasounds are rape, the the government should stop paying for them. let that happen and see how loud the banshees shriek~
Does Professor Herndl consider the insertion of forceps and a vacuum tube to be rape?
There is a new type of ulrasound called “trans-vaginal ultrasound”. It is what it sounds. A probe in the vagina. It is better that the kind with the probe on the stomach in that it takes better pictures from a better, closer angle.

Yeah but it’s not rape rape.
This woman is an idiot. However, she’s speaking of trans-vaginal ultrasound. The wand is inserted. It does give a better look at a baby in the early stages of pregnancy, but for most low-risk pregnancies a doctor would opt for the external ultrasound.
I think the mere act of going to the gynecologist is rape. Womyn should stop going as a statement against the Patriarchy.
And mammograms are...? Heck, most tests and surgeries are invasive.
What an idiot!
