If anyone saw Ted on Fox News with Megan K-He had the focus group laughing- He was only on for a minute. Imagine what he could have done with the whole response.

And let’s face it, the ONLY thing thats going to be remembered from this SOTU is that Obama baited the Republicans with that campaign quip, then slammed the door shut on them when they fell for it.
I mean, can anyone else remember anything from the last dozen or so of these things, other than Joe Wilson’s (completely accurate, as it turned out) “You lie!” heckle, and Bobby Jindels’s disasterous GOP response performance?
Heck, does anyone know what the ratings even were for this one?

When she started talking about her one pair of shoes and using plastic bread bags to protect them I lost interest. Ernst has a lot of redeeming values but the same old moderate political rhetoric ain’t going to get it. I’m afraid she got used by the GOPe. The GOPe obviously wanted to avoid someone “controversial” like Ted Cruz.

Ted Cruz was right, it wouldn't kill pubbies to lighten up and joke a bit.

I do not need to lighten up, as I am a lady who laughs a lot, who likes to hear jokes, and who likes to tell jokes. Crude language is not a part of my amusement, however.
A gentleman should not need to be told to watch his language in the presence of ladies. I don’t know much about Ted Cruz, but I am betting he would agree with me.
The gop is bound and determined to lose. I see no hope for this election.
Politicians don't crave over-exposure. They don't want to peak too soon and don't want voters to get tired of them too early.
