Actually he started with bullets in the beginning of the video. Did you miss the part where he fired them?
I don't know how people could make that mistake.
He started with cartridges. Bullets are what came out when the pistol went bang.

It would be more fun to leave the bullet, cartridge, powder and primer in place, then drill the primer and insert the wires into the primer.

Yes very cool... But some on this thread will knitpick any little detail... I expected drilling into bullets but will not loose any admiration for the finished product. Series. Hugh. I want them
