Panty bandits are an odd bunch, but often have a strikingly similar, eccentric profile.

When they take their loot home, they not only treat it very carefully, but fold it up, sometimes put it in an envelope, then record the date and time when they stole it. That is, they carefully label the evidence of every crime.

Some of them go to great lengths to get their prizes. I remember one “Spider-Man” who climbed up the side of a five story building, at night, to get into an open window, located and stole the panties, and made his escape, without waking his victim.

Of course, when the police finally catch them, they might quickly solve dozens of crimes, often with the victims having no idea they were burglarized.
