Ferguson protesters announced at a training session on Thursday that they will target Clayton, Missouri, an affluent area with several businesses, shops and restaurants.
600 potential protesters have gone through training sessions.

here’s another. No way the guy can read out loud faster than I can read it myself. I hate listening to others read.
I may put posters up over my windows hiding a lack a contents inside then find I have an electrical malfunction that put 480 on the system grounds.
Just as an FYI in the event this was not discussed further up the thread. Ferguson is in St. Louis County, not a part of St. Louis city. Clayton is the ‘county seat” for St. Louis County and where the courts are located. That’s the reason they want to riot in Clayton. But...it’s also the home of the St. Louis County Police Department —a large, well-trained bunch of officers —not the donut-munchers of Ferguson.....
It won’t go well with the protesters if they try to do anything outside of peaceful protesting —if they show their ass, the SLCPD will go after them....
It would seem a box of m80s or bird bombs and a couple sling shots....would be useful tools.
Well...all the while some mook is getting repeatedly bludgeoned.
Not advocating but, really, it fits.
Think QuikTime C-store.
Nobody besides seasoned combat soldiers really knows how they will react when confronted with mortal danger while possessing the means to resist. That’s one of the objects of training, to make combat skills kick in subconsciously.
I for one didn’t criticize Zimmerman; I just noted the irony of his being ethnically black as well as having worked with black youths & still DOJ tried to crucify him.
The Bundy Ranch incident gave the government forces pause; most of the criticism of the ranchers came from the usual carping liberals.
But I maintain that what’s to fear most if one is attacked & then uses deadly force successfully, is the legal aftermath. I just got my CWP here in South Carolina; our instructor says expect to be cuffed & put in the back of a cruiser even if it’s an open & shut case of self defense. You will most likely be released, not charged, & have your firearm returned to you, but this is one of the most gun friendly states in the country & that is the expected LEO response.
Yes, internet commandos are annoying with their keyboard bravado, got it. Best thing to do is leave the desktop & head for the range, in my opinion. Far more effective in the long run.
Feral mass violence is increasing as long as the participants feel themselves empowered by the WH & DOJ. But CCW issuance AND favorable changes in CCW laws are proliferating, and new gun purchasers are practically a surging demographic trend.
Yes, I’m a bit of an optimist.
Oh geez, that’s a great idea, seriously!
Residents with slingshots & M-80 cherry bombs, crew served; One loads his slingshot & draws, the assistant lights, then it’s `on the way’ into the midst of the rioting mobs. With a Wrist Rocket or such one could arc M-80s a hundred yards or more. Chaos & confusion sure to result!
Wish I knew how to spread this wonderful idea!
Yes, they know.
Found this from Fox: “Police in Clayton did not return requests for comment. A spokesman for St. Louis County Police said they will support Clayton officers however needed, KTVI reports.”
I think they want to loot the stores there. It’s a huge shopping area. Tons and tons of retail stores and restaurants. They’ve already destroyed Ferguson. Now they want whitey to suffer with them.
They’re under extreme pressure, with no deadline, to find _something_ to indict him on.
It’s the mitigating consequences of concern.
I'm pretty sure I'd like to practice that BEFORE the 'social unrest' occurs.
Nothing is as dangerous as a man with nothing to lose.
BINGO!!!
The "civil disobedience" "organizers" see it as performance art.
How long has Holder been planning this?
Dittoes to that!
You got it right roofgoat!
I agree.
Yay!
