What commitment did China make? The agreement has them doing nothing for 16 years. What a joke.
Yes, China will get much, much more out of a promise it will never have to keep than will Obama. IT will buy them international cover.
They agree to terms in a treaty/accord they know won’t get Senate confirmation come January. Obama won’t get anything but aggrandizement for himself and maybe to satiate his rabid tree hugging “Warmers”, but the country is NOT INTERESTED in “Warming” and they look like they’re going to stay on message about jobs and economy - something that “warmers” have no answer for.
