From the album, "20th Century Blues", by Robin Trower.
This is one of the most haunting and beautiful electric guitar tracks that you will ever hear. Not at all what some might expect from this old master of heavy metal rock.

Got it playing now. Thanks! Live was good but this is sweeeeeeeeet. Kewl!
Glad I could help direct you to the original. The live version is cool, but it can't hold a candle to what Robin did with this in the studio.
Turn it up!

Studio versions are always better. Cleaner.
It WAS turned up. I’m a rocker from waaaaay back and loud is the only way to listen. I like the volume set at “11”. LOL!

Sound like a lot of music on the ECM label. Check out Terje Rypdal, John Abercrombie, Eivind Aarset, Ralph Towner...

Good stuff. It’s been 30+ years since I saw him in concert. Yikes!

Very nice. We saw him at a place called Brassy’s in Cocoa Beach, FL in the late 80’s. Smallish club and it was an awesome show. We saw Samantha Fox there too and believe it or not, she put on a great show too.

Wow, I’ve been there! A good friend from college lived in South Patrick Shores at the time, in sight of the south side of Patrick AFB, lives in Melbourne now. Did you ever see a local band called the Groove Monsters in that area?

LOL! Now that’s funny. I’ve played with some of those guys. Anna Delgado, Bill Marsh, Kenny Cohen and a bunch of others. I used to be in the “Don’t Quit Your Day Job” band for about 14 years and played all over Brevard. A lot at Grill’s at Port Canaveral.

I forgot to say Yes, I heard them many times. Good band. Too bad Dave Fiester (leader of the band) passed away in ‘05 at only 52. Good picker.

Forgot to mention the time frame while I was in the band. ‘95-’09. Dang. When I look at it like that, that’s a long time. Guess I’m getting older. Not old. Older.
