Ryan Lochte says he has a driver, and Phelps has no excuse not to get one, too. He can afford one.

This makes Phelps second DUI arrest.
He needs 16 more to equal his gold medals.

I recognize the seriousness of this mistake, Phelps said in 2004 before a judge and courtroom of more than 100 spectators. Ive learned from this mistake and will continue learning from this mistake for the rest of my life.Ive learned from this mistake and will continue learning from this mistake for the rest of my life.

2nd time. Freakin’ jackass. In the 1980s a friend of mine drove drunk and killed a guy riding a motorcycle. He did a few years in jail got out and eventually killed himself by blowing his heart out with a gun from the guilt. I would rather walk naked 100 miles through a blizzard than drive drunk, if you kill someone jail will be the least of your problems.

I have always hated him so this is great news to me. Just glad he didn't kill anybody with his typical stupidity. He is probably one of the worst people on the planet. It was so repulsive having to hear the orgasmic nonsense in Maryland for years about this creep. Hopefully once and for all we can get rid of him from the news at least.

he’s guilty of increasing the probability of getting into an accident... or so we’re told.
what percent of all car accidents involve alcohol?
meanwhile, if it’s about arresting someone with a higher probability of incident... shouldn’t we arrest all men right now, as the vast majority of crimes are committed by men

This guy can do 3 things: swim, get drunk, and get high. He’s gone back to swimming because he’s worthless at anything else. He’ll become the next Bill Johnson (Alpine skier) of the swim set.

FYI.. this is a well-known speed trap zone...on I-95 and I-895 south of the tunnels thru Baltimore.

Why hasn’t that guy gotten a set of braces yet? He reminds of the Jaws character from the Bond movie.

Question, does Maryland have a 2 strikes and your out clause meaning second DUI is automatic jail time 6 months? In Florida you’re not getting out of a 2nd DUI with probation.
