Jesse Matthew, the man wanted by police for allegedly abducting University of Virginia student Hannah Graham, is in police custody, News4's Julie Carey reports.
According to NBC29's Henry Graff, Matthew was arrested outside of Virginia and will be extradited to the Commonwealth at a later time.

We learned to drink on 3.2 beer in NC. By the time we got to liquor, we knew the perils.
Same here in Colorado. And cops were a lot more relaxed on house parties. They'd just break them up and send everyone home. These days, the parents would get arrested and charged, whether they were there or not.
Cops didn’t bother with house parties in the 70’s. They had bigger fish to fry.
If her parents DID THEIR JOB, she’d not have gotten into a vehicle with that animal. End of story.
