voting should be done at age 21, you can’t drink , but you can decide an election. That doesn’t even make sense, nor does letting kids vote who know nothing of the world

When you are old enough to die for your country in war then you are old enough to vote.

Not before and not later.

Universal suffrage is a problem. The privilege to vote should not be an "age qualified" privilege.

The age of 18 was adopted in the Viet Nam war era, old enough to be drafted and be killed in combat; not old enough to vote. I submit that not all draftees are qualified to vote; but if any group of people has a moral right to vote, it is those subject to the draft. Those on the government teat have the wrong side of their skin in the game, and ought to be denied the vote.

You should be able to vote if you are still in school, that includes college, or on government assistance. If you can’t pull your own weight, you should have no say on how things are run.

I am not so sure it shouldn’t be allowed until 32.

Voting, drinking, smoking, at 21 unless you have your military ID.

If you go in the military you should be able to vote and drink. Not necessarily in that order.

would go you one further and say only people who pay federal Income tax should be able to vote.
We are the ones with skins in the game. why should a lazy welfare queen or some trailer trash have the same voting power as someone who works 80 hrs a week?
