Jim Robinson, I am positive that you do not support Harry Reid. Must I continue to suffer Freepers who obviously DO support Harry Reid? What happened in Mississippi was a travesty, but why do we allow Freepers to punish others who had nothing to do with That Cochran's scandalous tactics?

Pat Roberts is more conservative than Cruz or Mike Lee on immigration.

I am opposed to electing RINO’s, I have no real position on Roberts except that he is old, deadwood establishment.

My lack of love for moderates is well known but right now taking the senate is the most important thing. We’ve simply got to shut the democrats down right now because if we don’t, its unlikely we’ll get another chance.

Not me. I’d hold my nose and vote for the Republican, but I don’t expect much from them.

Well, if you are going to hold a conversation with Jim, talk directly to him!

You are absolutely correct.

They support liberal leftist democrats over Republicans.

There are many of them, usually claiming to be ultra conservative, but wanting Democrats to win.

They preach nihilism and cynicism.

They try to make others give up and have no hope and think everything and everyone is fully corrupt.

I see them as agents of chaos,

You’ll note they are often ones who will also use vile language and a basic language and world view of the coarse and depraved mainstream.

I do not advocate for Roberts to be defeated in all seriousness. In Kansas, I recommend people vote for him, just because of how in danger this is and Orman sounds like a nutcase.

BUT, I reserve the right to say the man is an idiot who should have retired. He does not live in Kansas, and confirmed Scabelius. He is not in touch.

I will say, WITHOUT HESITATION, that I cannot put any support behind the despicable Mitch McConnell or race baiter Thad Cochran

If McConnell was to lose we would end up with Cornyn.

What really should happen is Cornyn and McConnell agree to step aside and Jeff Sessions becomes leader.

Jerry Moran should offer to step aside or at least openly accept a fair primary challenge in 2016.

Since Bonor and McCornhole have done SQUAT about Reid, you do understand why voters would extremely unhappy with them. You are the problem and not the solution.

It is more an exercise in exasperation.

It seems that the only way to get some of those old geezers to retire is to vote someone in from the opposing party.

In Roberts’ case, he is similar to the FORMER Senator Blanche Lincoln. She actually resided in Virginia (IIRC) and tried to get reelected from Arkansas. Arkansans sent her packing.

Fortunately, I don't have that problem. Cory Gardner is a strong conservative and a great candidate. I think he's gonna take Udall down.

That said, if I lived in Kansas I would vote for Roberts, no question.

FReepers who don't think the Senate matters should ask themselves if, God forbid, something happened to one of the Supreme Court five conservatives and Harry Reid strips out the filibuster for Supremes just like he did for Circuit Judges? So many 5-4 decisions. An Obama Court would make the Warren Court look conservative.

I stand with you on Roberts. If the purge takes me out so be it. 90% of Republican Congress critters are to the left of Roberts even though he has been around forever. If a TRIED and true TEA Party candidate runs against him I am there, but as long he is in the top 90% of GOP Senators as far as conservative votes I will vote for him. I continue to ask the naysayers to give me the Robert's votes that tag him as a RINO but all I get is crickets. Give me more than playing the RINO card and you might win me over. Just because Miltie Wolf raised his right hand and swore he was TEA Party, I can't swear allegiance. We don't have any elections left to make a statement. I'm old and could care less about my future but I see a quick demise to whatever is left of our Republic.

I reject the premise of your argument.

Just because I do not support limp-wristed, cowardly, feckless, groveling RINOs who have repeatedly sold out conservatives (see Cochran), who have repeatedly clung to office rather than letting fresh blood enter (See McConnell and Roberts), doesn't mean that I support Reid and the Rats.

The GOP will NOT win the Senate this year.

The OGP will LOSE House and Governor seats.

Because they stand for NOTHING
