Yes, there's not a good choice in this situation. I should not have used the word alliance with Assad. But it is to his advantage to kick out ISIS in Syria and also to our advantage if ISIS is stopped. I think they said it will take a year to train and arm FSA, but the Syrian army is already trained. FSA is said to have turned over at least one of the recent beheaded hostages to ISIS. They were also very cozy with ISIS in the McCain picture. So we don't know what they will really do if we arm them. Why not let Assad help take out ISIS?
Haven’t supported McCain since he took bribes from S+Ls.
Now there's two words you don't usually see in the same sentence.
Jeff Sessions asked a good question. “Why aren’t we supporting the people in Iraq first? we trained them already. We need to be taking back land in Iraq.”
I think he has a good solution. We need to fight ISIS in Iraq first.
Jeff Sessions is right. Why are we picking sides in Syria instead of helping the Iraqis?
Dempsey didn’t have a good answer. If he was honest, it’s because Obama doesn’t want to admit he pulled out too early.
