Three members of NATO's International Security Assistance Force were killed in an attack in Kabul on Tuesday, the coalition said.
The Taliban claimed responsibility for a suicide car bombing targeting a convoy of foreign forces in the Afghan capital, the militant group's spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said.

Biden says the Taliban are not our enemy.
His boss says that AlQuaeda is on the run.
Unfortunately, when it is stated that NATO forces were killed, that usually means it was a US military casualty.
“It did not identify the names or nationalities of those killed.”..
It appears that when American’s are involved, the nationalities are suddenly eliminated as if they are not important. My initial thought was that indeed, these were American’s.
The bombing supposedly took place within a hundred yards of a U.S. establishment which leads me to believe my suspicions are correct. Damn the media for trying to hide the obvious.
I was watching the BBC before, and I’m pretty sure that they said that the casualties were American.
“Americans involved, not important.” Not so. American press actually gives families 2 days to be notified. Other nations release the information right away. I check the news every day for Afghanistan. One NATO member was killed on Friday, according to one news source but no others reported the loss. No word from the DOD on the friday report. The DOD releases the info only after families are notified. Sometimes family will release info earlier.
Prayers for the their families, friends, and the wounded military who are never reported.
I participated in a command directed memorial service in Bagram. A combat engineer platoon was wiped out when the explosives-rockets, munitions were tripped in a cave they were attempting to clear. They were carried out in buckets.
We lined Disney Drive, named after an American who may have been the first casualty in the war against the Taliban. It is the main thoroughfare through Bagram Air base.
The containers of what was left of the platoon were paraded on the way to the airfield and their final journey to the states.
I saw young Americans “shucking and jiving”, laughing and cutting up, they were there because they had been ordered to attend. I was armed. I was outraged. At the least I wanted to cross the road and butt-stroke these callow assholes with my M-4. I had to settle for glaring at them as I would have not fixed them in any event and I would have been arrested for assault.
An entire platoon. Obliterated. I can’t easily recall that day. I always tear up and wipe my eyes for the loss.
These bastards. Well, let’s manage them.
Prayers are needed.
A whole platoon. Numbing. Don’t know why the guys were acting in such a manner. Won’t try to figure it out as I already have a headache, but being a Gold Star sister and Marine mom (infantry) I mourn each loss. Prayers for those who were assigned recovery and as I get older I get closer to the day I will meet them all. Someday they will visit my mansion and joyful singing will fill the halls. You are invited, too.
God Bless you my sister in Christ. We will meet and it will be a joyful blessed event. You hang on to what you have—God will not ever let you go...
We love each other in the Lord, we weep with those who are grieving and rejoice with those who are happy, we will be delivered, we will know and live our purpose in our creation, for eternity.
Be well always.
And we should get out and stay out.
2 US and 1 Pole killed...
