BLACK HILLS, SD - Several inches of snow fell Thursday morning in the Black Hills in western South Dakota.

It was all those 1888 covered wagon SUVs.
Like this has never happened before.
Twenty some years ago we were in Yellowstone in a cabin and overnight there was a snowfall of five inches, in mid July.
A few years later I fished the Firehole River in a blizzard in August.
