Former presidential candidate John Edwards confessed to his daughter that he'd had an affair as his cancer-stricken wife was waiting nearby in the same house.
Ivy-League educated Cate Edwards has revealed that she was summoned to her family's luxury North Carolina mansion in either the summer of 2007 or 2008 by her father so he could break the news.

He’s a scum ball for doing WHAT he did...the affair and then “confessing” to his kid. Telling the truth has nothing to do with his being a scum ball.

If one was so concerned about their spouse’s feelings, they wouldn’t have had an affair in the first place.

The Daily News, like the New York Post, is a tabloid that has often changed editorial positions over the years. It was once conservative and the Post was liberal (Harriet Van Horne!). Then it would change back again. It’s been stable for a while.
It is not a tabloid in the same sense that the National Enquirer is.

Yes...the daughter of John Edwards is a SKANK!! I would have DISOWNED my father had he cheated on my mother especially if she were dying!!! But then she was an even BIGGER ass than John was at being a good Democrat.

That person should own up to the truth. By not telling the truth, the cheater is only protecting himself/herself.
