I’ve been trying to decide whether the cat is reclining on an ironing board.
One thing for sure; the cat is not ironing today.

Ironing board was my first thought, too, but I think it’s really a cat-climbing-tree. That plush covering just wouldn’t be good for ironing.

I noticed that too. And there’s a rope-covered post in the background.
But the forward edge has the shape of an ironing board. Perhaps cats have helped design such perches by indicating their favorite spots to relax and prevent work from getting done.

Good morning peeps (and peep hunters).
Apologies for the sun. I thought I’d gotten that nasty surge out of the reboot cycle. At least nobody noticed it went dark, and we might get a dandy light show for those with clear skies.

Up finally. Miserable night. I was up every 30-70 minutes getting rid of about 10# of water, and then, around midnight, I had to have a breathing treatment. So I’m sluggish...
Gee. Gloom and doom. I might be better off not posting until about an hour after I get up. That would be different...

Today is 9/11.
I am working very near the site of the original WTC.
Some of the people I am working with were downtown, or supposed to be working in the WTC.
It is going to be an interesting day.

My cats don’t iron, either. However, they do have a rope-covered scratching post that Chainsaw is in the process of destroying. We should have named her, “Jaws.” Does the period go inside or outside the end quote. And do you hyphenate end quote? And what are youse guys doing up this early anyway?

My forecast says 90 for the high today. One doctor visit down, Walmart completed, before we know it will be lunch time.
