We're over HERE now.. ;-)
Personally, I hate exercise.
I prefer an active lifestyle.
That’s why I took up rollerblading, which is how I fractured my shoulder, which means I’m not very active until PT starts (Monday).
Maybe I should re-think.
Mrs. ArGee and I are still arguing about whether the skates come back out when the arm heals.
I know the feeling. I feel as if the ugly realities of the world started to push in on me after my 10th birthday. Much of my teenagerhood was spent thinking about how great it was before I turned 10.
I think that’s why Timothy Leary’s call to “Turn on, tune in, and drop out,” became so popular.
But the world needs adults. Preferably those who can help keep that place for children - that place that the world seems to be trying to take away as we speak.
A friend who is a fairly holistic M.D. has said taking about 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D a day is also a good idea.
Look up “garbage soup.” Put those leftover vegetable parts that you don’t eat to good use. We had some of the best tasting soups with a stock made from boiling rinds, tips, peels, etc. Filter those out, put in some actual veggies if you like, and you will be happy and healthy.
LMAO!
Is a Great thing to view the world with through a Child's Eyes. My compliments Bob!
very true
