As Joan Rivers prognosis grows more dire each day, RadarOnline.com has learned that medical investigators are growing ever closer to uncovering the real reason the healthy 81-year-old was sent spiraling into a coma after a standard medical procedure. And according to insiders, they believe the culprit could be a fatal dose of Propofol the same drug that killed Michael Jackson after he was administered a lethal dose.
Certainly, they suspect the anesthesia was the issue, based on conversations between the staff and city medics, a source close to the investigation told Radar.

... there was an investigation before she died? Why do I get the feeling that people are just making up things?
How could these doctors not have been able to put a breathing tube down her throat...but paramedics could?
I remember several cases where nurses used this to murder people.
There was probably mass panic going on in the room, if they couldn’t get oxygen into her lungs until EMT arrived she was likely a vegetable by then.
How horrible.
If the doctor doing the procedure was in charge of sedation without an anesthesia provider (crna or md) he may not have the skills to intubate.
Indeed, you could say that.
Not to be a conspiracy theorist and realizing that she was elderly, doesnt it seem odd that she would die so soon after outing Mr. and Mrs. Obama?

The probablity of that is less than 10% but greater than 0% if I had to run the numbers....
We wouldn’t even know about these Propofol deaths if they were famous people. One can’t help but wonder how many people we don’t know about who die from this drug.

“As Joan Rivers prognosis grows more dire each day...”
My understanding is that her condition is now stable.
(I’ll miss you Joan.)
It will all come out in the investigation and certain malpractice lawsuit.
That endoscopy clinic is toast.
The old girl’s probably having a good laugh over the speculative and conspiratorial nonsense being written about her. She lived a long fruitful life and she died. We all die. Many die during routine hospital procedures. That is the way of all flesh.
All day-surgery centers in Sacramento CA are equipped and ready to deal with emergencies like this. It's SOP.
Sounds like the events that surrounded the sudden death of pop artist Andy Warhol.
He was sedated--in post-op after routine gall bladder surgery----the private nurse at his bedside saw that he had turned blue. He had not gasped for breath or called out for help.
Hospital emergency rushed in---but could not get the tube down his throat....blamed it on rigor mortis.
Later its was determined, Warhol was allergic to the post-op meds--the allergy caused his throat to close up....a common occurrence with allergies.
Why was an 81-year old woman having general anesthesia in an out patient clinic rather than a hospital. In a hospital, they have real anesthesiologists administering anesthesia.
Surgeries done in doctors’ offices and small clinics carry a much higher risk in my experience;my eye surgery as an outpatient but performed in a hospital operating room with full staff went well. The same procedure performed on the other eye by the same surgeon in his eye clinic with only an anesthesiologist assisting went poorly (several days in EXTREME “discomfort”,that is,immobilizing PAIN!)
I don’t recommend putting your life in the hands of just one or two harried (or assembly line)medical people if you can avoid it.
As for conspiracy:IF a doctor or nurse wanted to “shut up” an irritating patient like Joan Rivers for any reason it would be easier if there are fewer people to observe, question, or interfere.OOPS, a little too much of one drug or another?Well these thing happen you know, not anyone’s fault....
I am a great skeptic of “coincidence”.
