Still if I were 81, I would rather the day surgery be performed in a a day surgery center located in a larger hospital.
Possible theories of the situation:
1. Natural Causes/age
2. Breitbarted with a CIA pin, which will leave no evidence
3. Anti-Israel saboteur
4. Medical error
Any of these are, to my mind, equally possible.

I have been given this drug for procedures 4 different times with no problems.
Well, I started singing one time. But that was only a problem for the people that had to hear me.

I have been wondering all along who the anesthesiologist is, and if the anesthesiologist may have had “issues” with her politics/ethnicity, if you know what I mean.

I KNOW.... but WHAT was the issue??? AND WHY in a CLINIC and not a HOSPITAL???? That’s why I THINK the “Vocal Chords” thing may be a LIE.
I don’t know anything about that. I do think that this may possibly be either outright incompetence or murder.

We don’t know if an anesthesiologist was involved, or not.
I have had two surgeries in a same day “surgery center,” with anesthesiologist, general, etc. (Not referred to as “outpatient.”)
I had a 3rd surgery in a similar facility, local drug, without anesthesiologist.
Not sure what difference it makes, but no, endoscopy is typically not a "COSMETIC" procedure (unless you're prone to having people jump down your throat a lot and want to keep your esophagus nice and tidy).
Propofol becomes dangerous if the people administering it are stupid and sloppy. Its half-life is short, and when titrated on a mcg/kg/minute increment, it is very easy to "fine tune" the dose so as to maintain a level of comfort without depressing either blood pressure or respiratory drive.
On that note, best practice demands that a respiratory therapist be present to provide oxygen and assist with ventilation (using a bag valve mask) until the dose wears off. A bolus dose is also weight-based.
My educated guess is that too large a dose was given, that vital signs were poorly (or not) monitored, and that no respiratory therapist was present to monitor and assist with breathing.
