Actually I think Obama has been a good thing. It has help show multicultural/diversity for what it is. Gotten most whites to take the blinders off and finally start considering alternatives.
Yes, I think so many are just trying to get through their lives/keep their heads above water. Let us hope we can figure out how to win the next few elections. I do hope it is not too late.
I guarantee you, there are a whole lot of people, across the political spectrum, who think of themselves as well-intentioned, who will NOT allow the “first black presidency” to be a failure. But they should realize that, at this point, they’re being played for fools.

Galaxy Quest! Thanks, I needed that! Sometimes I become bereft at the takers.......they seem to be the majority. But I know some good people who will fight to get back to a thriving, successful country. It will be a LOT of work. I PRAY we are up to the challenge. Thanks JimRob for the positive words!
