Being Darren Wilson was sent to the hospital for treatment of facial injuries,and possibly other injuries suffered during the struggle over the weapon,why haven't we seen pics from the hospital by now?It didn't take long before pics of George Zimmerman were released,of which later embarrassed all those who fabricated stories of what actually happened.This case is very similar.And officer finds himself in a violent scuffle with a suspect,but in this case the suspect has a 100 or so pound advantage.And after what Mike Brown did to his face,Officer Wilson was still able to shoot Brown in the fashion he was accused of?
If Wilson is charged, the defense will receive these things in discovery. They will likely be the ones to make them public.

No. Listen - investigations should NOT a game of when to release information or not. All relevant information is collected, then the suspect is either charged or not. If not charged, you can expect that the police will dump information to the public as to why no charges were warranted. If charges are levied, the evidence is turned over to the defense via discovery and the defense usually will decide how much to release prior to the trial.
I misspeak - the prosecutors office would dump the info if not charged.

And, I’m not writing my Senior Thesis, I’m just commenting on the internet. More than one ! doesn’t really bother me! They just indicate a serious passion.
Under normal circumstances I’d agree.
But these aren’t normal circumstances. Brown’s death is being leveraged for political purposes, to achieve political ends in what amounts to a no-huddle/hurry-up offence by the professional grievance industry.
If the cops wait until the “appropriate” time to release information the game will be long over. You can’t sit back and allow a political narrative rooted in “white cop executed black kid” to take hold and grow if it isn’t true.
Does it suck? Yes. But while it may not be the “approprite” thing to do, given the circumstances it may be the least-worst option.
Ok. I can go with that. But just remember: if the police release exculpatory evidence during an ongoing investigation, the lawyer for the family will claim the whole investigation was tainted. Since they are claiming that already, I guess it’s just a no win situation unless something magical happens.
