Texas Police Officer Used Abortion to Cover Up Raping a 14-Year-Old

A new law in Texas which has closed several abortion clinics is being challenged in the courts this week.

The Center for Reproductive Rights on behalf of several abortion providers is attempting to block further implementation of HB2 passed last year by the Texas legislature.

crimescene3The lawsuit seeks to prevent the state from requiring abortion facilities to meet the same regulations as ambulatory surgical centers.

But a dark and unreported underbelly of the abortion industry is beginning to emerge after a Texas pro-life organization released a stunning report which documents how the abortion industry is used to cover child rape.

Now, no one is for child rape. At least that is what we have been told. One would assume that pro-life and pro-choice forces alike would oppose such brutality. But what Life Dynamics has just published on their website ChildPredators.com shows a lack of concern or care for little girls who could be rape victims by the abortion industry.

The organization located in Denton, Texas reviewed hundreds of criminal cases where adult men were raping their young victims, sometimes for years. At some point the victim became pregnant by the pedophile rapist and abortion was used to cover the crime.

Life Dynamics points out that mandatory reporting laws exist in all 50 states and that a victim does not have to actually say that she is being raped, for the laws to apply.

In their report, the group details cases across the nation. But for this report we have selected to highlight one case from the state of Texas.

ChildPredator W Website Sarah 37244037_nA 52 year-old Texas police officer took his child victim to an abortion clinic in Houston for an abortion after he impregnated the teen.

James Bernard Isenhower was a Danbury, Texas, police officer when he began the sexual relationship with the 14-year-old daughter of a woman he was dating.

According to Life Dynamics, when the victim became pregnant, Isenhower took her to a Houston area abortion clinic.

Documents show that the victim’s mother accompanied them and, afterward, was forced by Isenhower to destroy the documentation from the abortion clinic so that there would be no paper trail. At trial, the mother testified that she was afraid not to comply with his demands because she was not a legal resident of the United States.

The Texas group which produced the report says that Isenhower continued to assault the little girl for several years after the abortion, proving that no report was filed by the abortion clinic. The victim herself finally came forward and told authorities what was occurring.

Isenhower was convicted on child sexual assault charges in both Colorado and Texas. He is currently serving a 20-year sentence in the state penitentiary in Huntsville, Texas.

The child victim suffered for years as a result of the abortion clinics’ flagrant disregard of mandatory reporting statutes, yet no one at the clinic faces scrutiny or charges.

In all the hoopla of abortion clinics closing, I would like to ask – if this one is still in operation and if so – why?

Seems to me even the pro-choice lobby would join me in calling for this clinic to be closed down and those who failed this little girl to be charged with breaking the laws. But, then again, maybe not !

I think what nobody on the left wants to admit is this:

They don’t want the abortion clinics to comply with mandatory reporting laws, because the bread & butter of their industry is performing abortions on teenage girls.

It seems common sense that older women are much more likely to be on regular birth control, or to be in a position where they can potentially care for a child from an unwanted pregnancy. So I surmise that a large proportion of the abortion business just thrives on underage teenage girls who get pregnant.

That’s why they opposed all the parental consent laws, that is why they never get outraged about these stories, and that is why it is so easy to catch abortionists in sting operations failing to report. That’s also why PP is so eager to get involved in the sex ed industry, because by teaching more teenagers how to have sex, they are growing their customer base.

It happens thousands of times yet the abortion industry is more interested in getting paid for murdering the unborn babies than protecting rape victims.

More 20~24 year olds have abortions than teenagers, and of teenagers, many are legal adults and many others are over the age of consent.

Probably dead on. BC pills are not that expensive, and there is no social issue with adult women having them. Teen girls however do have the issue that they don’t necessarily want seen buying them.
1. Mom and dad.
2. a friend of the family seeing it.
3. A school mate sees it and declares open season on trying to bed an obviously willing girl.
Of course there are still plenty of options for them for proper birth control. So the primary reason is they are not mature enough to protect their own interests(like realizing that sex is a bad idea), and too easily let emotion guide decisions.(If you love me...)

WOW, illegal immigration is leading to more laws being broken that I even realized.

This ex-cop must be quite a piece of work. I’m sure he treated the general public well during his time on the force. Not.

That may be true, but from the data I am looking at (and it is just an estimate because no websites want to give a straight figure for underage abortions), it looks like women under 18 account for about 20% of the abortion business. That’s a pretty solid chunk of business that I don’t think they have any interest in endangering.

‘James Bernard Isenhower was a Danbury, Texas, police officer when he began the sexual relationship with the 14-year-old daughter of a woman he was dating’

That isn’t a ‘Sexual relationship’ That is rape.

Not sure if you want this one - cop is a grade-A scumbag, but it’s not conclusive that he used his police powers in the pursuit of said scumbaggery. Your call.

women under 18

A female under 18 is not a woman. She is a child.

Well, that’s a subjective matter. Certainly most 17 year olds are physically adult women, not children. Whether they are emotionally or mentally adult is going to vary on a case by case basis.

I agree. I know quite a few young women who are in their 20’s and I still would not consider them emotionally or mentally adult.

But the same goes for quite a few men too.
